No. 01 Orders & Payment
Each hoop is hand-finished, so we usually need 2–3 weeks in the studio before it leaves Florida. After that, transit time depends on your shipping choice. If you need something faster for an event or performance, write to us and we'll see what's possible.

Yes, within 12 hours of placing. After that we've usually started cutting your hoop. Email gethipnotic@gmail.com with your order number.
Yes, gift notes — free of charge. Add a note at checkout or write "gift" in the order notes and we'll include a hand-written card.
No. 02 Shipping
Yes. We ship to 37 countries. International orders take 7–14 business days once in transit and may incur customs duties depending on your country.
Yes, you'll get a tracking link by email when your order leaves the studio. You can also track from the Order Tracking page with your order number.
No. 03 Returns
All hoops are final sale due to the uniqueness of the product. Please reach out within 5 days of receipt if there are issues with your order. Email us at gethipnotic@gmail.com.
No. 04 The Hoops
For most beginners we recommend the Signature Hoops (weighted, easier on the body). Take our Sizing Guide for a recommendation based on your height.
Bigger hoops are easier to keep up; smaller hoops are faster and trickier. Most adults start between 36" and 40". The full sizing chart by height is on the Sizing page.
Polyethylene is heavier and more forgiving — better for on-body flow and steady waist work. Polypropylene is lighter and snappier — better for off-body tricks and breakdowns. The Signature Hoops use polyethylene; Golden Tide and Electric Lagoon use polypro.
For new hoopers — yes, almost always. The beeswax-finished gecko grip is a lot more forgiving while your body's still learning the rhythm. Experienced flowers sometimes prefer a slick hoop.
No. 05 Experiences
No — we provide hoops for all in-person experiences. If you bring your own, that's great too.
Yes, by design. Every Hipnotic experience is built for first-timers. Many of our guests have never set foot in a movement studio before.
Full refund up to 7 days before the date. After that we offer a credit toward a future experience. Retreats have a separate policy outlined at booking.
