Three pillars, one practice.
The Hipnotic Method is the framework underneath everything we teach — a simple way to meet your body wherever it is, today.
Breath first.
Every practice begins with two minutes of breath. Not pranayama, not a technique — just the sound and tempo of your own inhale. The hoop becomes a metronome for that.
ExploreRhythm next.
Hoops are metronomes. Once the hoop is spinning at your waist, your breath finds its tempo — and your nervous system follows. This is where most people begin to feel it.
ExploreFlow eventually.
Flow state is a consequence, not a goal. We don't chase it — we create the conditions for it. Consistent practice, familiar movement, a body that trusts itself.
ExploreMany ways to begin.
From quiet one-on-one sessions to group flows, team gatherings and weekend retreats — every format is designed for beginners and built around the same three pillars.
I started Hipnotic because nothing else felt slow enough.
I created HIPNOTIC to help people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and flow. My goal is to create experiences that inspire confidence, reduce stress, and cultivate joy, connection, and well-being.
Everyone wants to rush to get somewhere. I just wanted to stay. The hoop was the first thing that let me do that — stay inside a rhythm for as long as I needed, without anyone telling me I was done. Move. Connect. Elevate.
